This is Lain from the anime Serial Experiments Lain.
I've tried to draw this idea on paper once, but the wire part always angered me so I'd give up. I love Lain though. she's so messed up C: the words on the picture are from the opening song. and excuse the crappy wires and all that, i'm just too lazy to make technological stuff that actually looks nice haha.
